Fees and Refunds

Fees:

  1. Creating an account is free.
  2. We charge fees to list an event and to buy/sell paid tickets or registrations.
  3. Fees may vary based on individual agreements between us and certain Promoters.
  4. Promoters may determine whether these fees will be passed along to Patrons and shown as "Booking Fees" on the applicable event page or absorbed into the ticket or registration price and paid by the Promoter out of ticket and registration gross proceeds.
  5. Fees charged to Patrons may include other charges, including facility fees, royalties, taxes, processing fees, and fulfilment fees.
  6. Fees paid by Patrons for an event are not necessarily the same as those charged by us to the applicable Promoter or the standard fees described on the services to Promoters.
  7. Some fees are meant to offset costs incurred by us, but may in some cases include an element of profit and in some cases include an element of loss.
  8. We do not control nor can we disclose fees charged by your bank and/or credit card company, including fees for purchasing tickets and registrations in foreign currencies or from foreign persons. Be sure to check with your bank or credit card company prior to purchasing to understand all applicable fees, credit card surcharges, and currency conversion rates.

Refund Policy:

  1. If the  event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus Booking Fee which include order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase.
  2. If the event is postponed, we will contact you by email with details the new date and time.
  3. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.
  4. Venue, Food Drinks and Entertainment are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
  5. Anything promised by the Promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.

Refund and Exchanges:

  1. There are NO REFUNDS issued from this site unless the event is cancelled by the Promoter.
  2. There are NO EXCHANGES.

Refund Requests:

Patrons requesting a refund should contact the Promoter. Patrons must not use a ticket that has been refunded, and Promoters must not accept invalid tickets.

  1. Because all transactions are between the Promoter and its Patrons, we ask that all Patrons contact the applicable Promoter of their event with any refund requests.
  2. If you are a Patron and you receive a refund for your ticket, you will discard the ticket and will not use it (or any copy of it) to attend the event. Violation of this is fraud.
  3. If you are a Promoter, you acknowledge that the applicable procedure to check the validity of the ticket must always be followed, including checking in Patrons  with the time2lime facility for Promoters.
  4. We will not be liable under any circumstances for any costs arising from Promoters’ non-compliance with the procedures that must be implemented by Promoters to check the validity of tickets. We will not be liable under any circumstances for costs and/or damage arising from ticket-related fraud and/or the purchase of the ticket through non-official means, such as third parties.
